Apologies if this question has been asked and answers given. I need to know whether I will have access to Studio 5000 and Emulate once I have paid so that I can learn.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide access to studio 5000 & emulate. Both software packages are quite expensive ( a few thousand dollars per year per seat).
This being said you can download RsLogix 500 + 500 emulate for free. Here is a tutorial on how to do that.
