ACD file from RSLogix 5000 to RSLogix Micro Starter Lite

Hi,

I would like to know if you can open an ACD file made using RSLogix 5000, v-34 version, using the RSLogix Micro Starter Lite (free version)? If yes, how can I do that? Thanks in advance.

Hi Phelipe,

No, you can’t open that file using RSLogix Micro Starter Lite. It’s impossible to “easily” open RSLogix 5000 files in RSLogix 500. It’s possible to convert from 500 → 5000.

Note that it’s also a must to open ACD files with the right version of the software.
