Hi, I have a fanuc robot with an AB IB8S module on a remote IO block. The safety module has never been initialised and is showing alternate flashing green / red leds for MS status. I now believe I need a copy of RSlogix 5000 or studio5000 to initialise it. Can you confirm that this is the case. I dont want to buy the AB software as I have nothing else like this in the place. Would you be able to guide me in any way towards initialising the module (inexpensively)? Gavin
