Hi guys! I’m using data log in an application in Machine edition that saves values in a USB. My supervisor wants to save this values in a Database and after that, upload in the server.
According to RA, I can’t save the files in a database like SQL. So, I’m trying to figure it out another solution to my problem. Maybe automatically uploading the files in SQL, I don’t know.

As far as I know, ME does not support data passing to a database. The “easiest” solution would be to deploy an SE station by importing the ME project file. At that point, you should have connectors to a DB. Obviously, the SE license would cost a bit.
The other option is to use the PLC to write tags / values to a database. I don’t see why you’d build this on the HMI. There are OPC and other types of connectors on the PLC side to facilitate database logging.
