Issue with drive connectivity are replacement and program firmware upgrade

I am having this error message come up when trying to pull up the drive properties for a PF753 drive. The issue started after the drive was replaced with the same type but with newer firmware revision. The cards were removed from the old drive and inserted into the new drive. I have no experience with this drive and am unsure what would cause this issue or how to resolve it. Thanks for the help.
