I have an old Panelview plus that’s has a screen that is password protected. I tried to go in and edit the application and change the password about I’m getting this error

What version of FTview are you running? If I remember correctly, if you’re trying to recover an application that was built in version 3 and lower, you need to have FTView 5. If you’re looking to recover v5, you need FTView v8. In other words, they are backwards compatible with only a few versions.
I’m afraid your only option is to use an older FTView version to recover this.
I’m using v9. Is it still possible to get the versions i may need? If so how would I go about accomplishing that?
If you have a license, you should be able to download older versions of FTView through the Rockwell website. I don’t think there’s another way to get this app restored.
