I’m looking for help with a panelview standard 600 to micrologix 1100 via ethernet. I’m receiving read write errors and I’m not sure if it’s in my configuration, addressing or if something is wrong with my PLC or HMI. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
The standard black panelview, the older? What is programmed with panelbuilder? You will have an error code and screenshot with the error to verify.
Yes it is programmed with panelbuilder.
Verify the IP/Subnet mask for the processor match the PanelView application.
RSLogix500, channel configuration, channel 1 - System tab.
Use PING command from PC to verify PanelView and SLC5/05 are communicating on ethernet.
Verify all data table addresses in the PanelView application exist in the processor program.
RSLogix500, right click on data table and select properties.
Verify all data table addresses written to by the PanelView are not write protected.

Verify the SLC CH1 is not write protected.
