is it possible to edit programs on TIA Portal without shutting down production? How to do it properly?

Hi, there. I am working on a project and need support. I am having 20 motor(FAN COIL UNIT) with
ONE TEMPRATURE SENSOR FEEDBACK.i want to make changeover based on run hour and trip of any one fcu which is working now in present.and fcu will run nased on setpoint.
