I’ve studied an Electrical Engineering in algeria for 5 years
I want to study electrical engineering outside my country
any suggestions?

Well, if you’re looking to immigrate into another country, you’re probably looking for Masters programs. There are many options, it depends on what you’re looking to accomplish, location, etc.

Yes, I’m particularly interested in specializing in Automation, specifically PLC technology.in Canada or the US.
Back in Algeria, I pursued a major called “Commande Électrique,” which translates to “Electrical Control” in English. Given this background, I’m now considering which major would best align with my interest in studying “PLC Technology.”
Do I need to study electrical engineering or control system or what
