Hi Tim,
The file was created in Studio v11. It’s possible to get this error if you’re trying to restore the file using an earlier version of Studio. Unfortunately, there’s no workaround besides getting the same version of software and restoring.

hello, you are trying to open in a previous version, with the .apa you have to open with the correct version.
With the .mer you have you can try with the application manager, selecting the option Restore runtime application.
